Client Intake

• Staff can now add a client without immediately opening a case

• Adding multiple clients (e.g., a family) through intake now assigns selected team members to all clients

Visibility and Access

• Newly added clients remain visible to the staff member who added them until assigned to a team

• Team-based visibility is now consistently enforced across dashboard counts, reports, exports, messaging, and portal case selection

• Division managers can fully manage cases in their region without being personally assigned to a team

Performance

Global search is significantly faster for all users.

Interface Fixes

• Numerous tweaks and enhancements to the user interface, most notably the sidebar navigation links have been reordered and some have been renamed
